Sheikh Mustafa Abdel-Aziz Al-Tarabuls is considered one of those who contributed to the service of Maliki school of thought by authoring his book."The Ruling Of Worship" in six parts which covers two areas of research according to the author: Firstly, he mentioned in detail all the rulings; and the other taking into account the reality of the contemporary situation and downloading rulings on it, and the importance of this research derives from the importance of the relationship between the science of rhetoric and jurisprudent rulings, and this is a good chapter whose purpose is to real the relationship between the science of rhetoric and the impact on detailed rulings, and it is a section that is rarely touched as the majority is the statement of the relationship between the science of rhetoric and the impaction detailed rulings, rhetoric and the total provisions in the origins of jurisprudence. The aim of research. is to show the impact of rhetorical methods that the author relied on in the way he presented and rooted the rulings. so the nature of the research necessitated dividing it into a preamble that contains a translation of the author and it contains four demands: The first: good division, the second; good reasoning, presentation, and the third: digression .and lately, the four demand to transmit from previous thoughts to bring new meanings The second topic is titled: Rhetorical methods affecting the meanings of rulings, and it has four demands, the first. caution; the second complementing and covering; and the third ;to consider the situation to the audience to whom the speech is delivered so long the fourth is the explanation to avoid ambiguity the research follows the inductive and analytical methods to reach the desired results that Allah willing.
