Imam Malik was very careful about the narrator, and he was concerned with taking and receiving from trustworthy and reliable narrators. Therefore, it was important to know his method in selecting men, and his hadith craftsmanship in his book Al-Muwatta, and this is what this study aims to achieve, in which I used the inductive and analytical approach, by following his words about the terms used in the science of hadith, and extrapolating his hadith craftsmanship in his book Al-Muwatta to explain his approach, and as for the results The study made it clear that the Imam followed a precise approach in judging narrators, how to take and narrate from them, and to be careful in raising and narrating it to transmission, and abandoning narration from the unknown and the people of innovations.
