A Field Study of inheritance Issues from AL-Bayda and Shahat courts

This research is a study of hypothetical issues from the courts of Al-Bayda and Shaĥat. To consider the extent of its validity and consistency with the correct legal methods in resolving inheritance issues, and the study samples amounted to sixty-one samples, which we classified into groups, and according to this classification, the research came in two sections. And the obligatory will, and the research concluded with results that showed the real problem that this research came from behind, and recommendations that we believe address the defect that occurs in the courts in resolving inheritance cases, and that they provide practical solutions to avoid the occurrence of such errors in the future.
