Open Access Policy.
The peer-reviewed scientific journal (Tabyan) aims to publish Islamic scientific articles and research in accordance with the controls specified by the journal's publishing regulations. This ensures the quality of the research published and works to disseminate it widely. Therefore, the journal has established an electronic platform based on an open publishing policy that guarantees free access to articles and research through a Creative Commons CC BY-NC license, which guarantees non-commercial use, provided that the researcher and source are credited.

Publication and Periodicity.
The journal is published regularly at a rate of:
• One issue every six months.
• It is made available to the public immediately upon completion of the editorial and peer-review procedures.

Stages of Academic Evaluation and Editing.
The journal adopts a detailed approach to processing research, as follows:
1- Initial Examination.
a. During the first two weeks, the research is examined for compatibility with the journal's scope.
b. The systematic presentation and general layout are evaluated, and any structural or methodological issues are identified. The journal subjects all research to a check for originality using plagiarism detection software, and the IThenticate system is used to check for plagiarism. In cases of unintended partial similarity, the researcher may be asked to make amendments, and any research exceeding the acceptable percentage will be rejected.
2- Scientific Refereeing.
a. A double-blind peer review system is used.
b. At least two specialized peer reviewers participate.
c. Scientific originality, systematic formulation, and adherence to the journal's standards are evaluated.
d. The peer review period is three weeks, extendable if necessary.

3- The results of the peer review may include:
a. Direct acceptance.
b. Conditional acceptance with minor or substantial amendments.
c. Rejection.
d. Upon receipt of the revised version, the editors review it again before the final decision is made by the editor-in-chief.
4- Technical and Linguistic Editing
Accepted research proceeds to the linguistic editing and technical formatting stage:
a. This includes a comprehensive review of grammar, spelling, formatting, tables, and figures. Failure to comply with the required corrections may lead to postponement of publication.
b. A final PDF file is sent to the author for review. Only minor corrections are accepted, with no new content added.

Publishing requires final approval from the author.

Conflict of Interest in Editorial Board Contributions.
If a member of the editorial board submits a manuscript for publication, it is reviewed by independent editors who have no affiliation with the author. The same editorial and ethical standards are applied to the manuscript.

All other research is subject to review without exception.

Review Policy.
1. Strict Double-Blind Review: All accepted research is initially evaluated using a double-blind review system, whereby the authors and reviewers do not know each other's identities.
2. Expert Reviewers: Research is reviewed by academic reviewers with specialized expertise in the research topic.
3. Transparent Criteria: Research is evaluated based on clear academic criteria and specific journal policies. Reviewers are required to provide detailed comments and a final recommendation (accept, modify, or reject).
4. Timely Review: Reviewers are given three weeks to prepare their reports, which may be extended if the reviewers are unavailable.
5. Review and Decision Cycle: Authors receive the combined comments of the reviewers to make the required amendments. If necessary, the review process may be repeated, with the final decision remaining with the Editor-in-Chief.

Self-Deposit and Republishing.
Authors retain copyright to their work, and the journal grants a license to publish it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License (CC BY-NC), which allows reuse, sharing, and modification for non-commercial purposes, provided that the author and original source are explicitly credited, along with a mention of the DOI. Submitting submitted or accepted manuscripts before final publication is discouraged, and the journal must always be cited as the original source for any republishing.
Eleventh: Plagiarism Policy and Unethical Behavior
The journal adopts a strict policy against plagiarism. All research is checked using iThenticate software. If significant duplication or unauthorized copying is detected, the research is immediately rejected or withdrawn if it has already been published. If plagiarism is detected after publication, an investigation committee is formed. If a violation is proven, an official statement is issued detailing the plagiarized material and citing the original source.

Ethical Integrity Policy
The journal adheres to the highest ethical standards approved by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). It strongly opposes plagiarism, falsification of data, or manipulation of authorship order. Authors are required to disclose any conflicts of interest and document contributions.
Thirteenth: Policies for Post-Acceptance Publication
1. Corrections and Retractions: If an error is discovered after publication, the journal takes appropriate action, such as:
a. A correction notice, statement of concern, or retraction of the article.
b. These decisions are issued under the supervision of the Editor-in-Chief.

Digital Archiving.
